New video I made for my friends Barely Alive and Virtual Riot! I collaborated with Barely Alive on the "Elephant" music video a couple years ago, great to work with them again.

This is my first video where I used Xbox Kinect for PC to motion capture a lot of the animations of the characters. In other words, yes, that was me dancing around in the studio to make all the character motions! Really interesting process to use that 3D capture data in a 2D/2.5D world, that required some ingenuity and plugins to put it all together. Looking forward to using Kinect more for cartoons in the future!
